Sadly didn't work for me without the Instagram app. "Continue on web" led to a "Something went wrong" error, and trying to click Play just opens a link to their Play Store app. Would love to watch the video if you care to share it with a more accessible link.
It's a rotating wheel that projects light through the back of the canvas...
It seems like an very simple maker project, not sure why it took 2 grad students and an entire media production and story.
